Over the years ArtReach has been fortunate to have talented and amazing volunteers. This past May Jared Ragland, a fine art photographer, professor and story teller joined our team in Haiti to document a two week Pilot Program in the community of Sibert. Jared worked tirelessly to capture the essence of the work that ArtReach facilitated during this time. He endured long hours, hot temperatures, and at times rudimentary conditions. When he wasn’t shooting images or interviewing participants and community members he spent time editing thousands of images he had carefully created or he tutored students who were curious about a camera, with what it can do. ArtReach could never succeed to achieve it’s mission without the dedication, sweat and passion of our volunteers. Thank you Jared for making the experience in Haiti forever a beautiful memory.
